This was a refurbishment project as the existing roof had run its course and had become defective. The Main Contractor, Kesel Construction, carried out any demolition work required and prepared the roof for our arrival on-site. Kingspan Quadcore 100mm TopDek Roof Panels were installed here. Hot air welded standing seam profiles were installed once all TopDek panels were fitted to the existing purlins. This was done to achieve a more modern look to the building. Fascias, soffits, and all flashings required were made with Armourplan PVC metal. Standing seam profiles were installed to the fascia. The lining of these standing seam profiles was of utmost importance in order to keep in line with the profiles installed on the roof. All RWG’s installed were 2mm gauge aluminium.
