The project entailed the supply and installation of a Bauder Thermofol Roof System with hot air welded standing seam profiles at 600mm c/c’s. The system was made up of Bauder KSD Mica VCL, 255mm BauderRock high-performance insulation, and Bauder U15 single-ply membrane all laid on a timber deck. The approximate area of the roof is 2750m2. The hot air welded profiles give the roof system that modern standing seam look which is very popular amongst clients. Bauder PVC metal was used for all eaves, verge, and ridge flashings as part of the Bauder system. All rainwater goods, including the gutters, downpipes, hoppers, etc. are 2mm gauge powder-coated aluminium.
As can be seen from the photographs the finished project achieved an extremely high quality and looks very impressive.
